Yes.. We are A Feline Forest but if somebody really wants a Canine Creation, we will do our best. This guy is a scaled-down version of a piece we were commissioned to make shortly after we started our business.  We chose Black Walnut, as it most closely resembled the coloring of a Chocolate Labrador. It stands approximately 8-1/2" tall, 9" wide (tip of the nose to tip of the tail). The body is a solid piece, and the legs and ears were cut from the same  1-1/2" block. The original piece, a full 12 inches high 12 inches nose to tail and  cut from a 2" walnut slab, resides in his forever home Down-Under!
